Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Custom or Pre-Order Items: Custom or pre-order items may have longer processing times, which will be specified on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to the following countries: Canada and UK
  • International Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: BohoLuxe Haven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us at BohoLuxeHaven@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee address changes after your order has been processed.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at BohoLuxeHaven@gmail.com so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you with a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at BohoLuxeHaven@gmail.com so we can address the issue.
